Shipping and Payment information

Due to the fragile nature of the products, occasionally bath bombs may break during transit, whilst MawsBoutique does everything possible to prevent this happening, once it is in the hands of Royal Mail it is out of my control.

Delivery is via Royal Mail, where you the customer will select your preference. Delivery is based on the weight of your complete order. For larger orders where postage works out cheaper to split the order into multiple boxes, the difference between the price charged and the actual cost including packaging will be refunded to you the customer.

Please check your delivery address is correct, as orders will be sent to the details specified at checkout. Any incorrect address details are not the fault of MawsBoutique, refunds are not possible in this situation.

I aim to post next working day except where items are on a pre order, in which case you accept that there will typically be a 3 day delay before items are shipped.
